Insects, Roadtrips, and A Story Delay · 7:13pm Jul 9th, 2017
I wish to begin by apologizing for my longer than expected "time off", as it were. I know I'd said that I'd have something to put up soon, but I ended up with a spazz bomb of stupidity to deal with over the last week or so.
I'd taken a trip and the story was supposed to have been written and put up before I left to visit family a few states over, but I had a little... error. Bedbugs. So now I haven't got a bed or sofa and I've been hanging ten hard while couch surfing at a nearby family member's house.
I found out about the damn bugs a day or two before the trip, which was time I'd intended to spend editing, but I've spent all my time before and after the trip waging a civil war against insects that I now regard as just as revolting as roaches.
Not a lot else to say, really. I want to have this thing written and it'll get finished up and posted soon. What's left to get done just consists of a few lines and some proofreading. I was hoping to get some more music blogs and actual stories up, but I've been doing battle with literal bloodsuckers and have been hard pressed to actually find the time.
