First of all, a big thank you to everyone who read and liked, favorited or commented on The Archer and the Smith. For those of you who want to see more adventures of the Shaper and Lyra, I plan to return to the fallen world at some point (probably when I hit another writer's block with Harmony Theory).

As for Harmony Theory I just added Chapter 7: Translation Problems. The pace of the story should be picking up after this, I've almost got all of my ducks in a row.

Unfortunately this weekend is Thanksgiving here in Canada. Because of the common obligations that go along with the holiday, I won't be getting any writing done, so next chapter might be delayed. Who knows, it might be ready on time. The Archer and the Smith was written in basically a day and a half, but I count it as special circumstances because my muse was hitting overdrive on that one. Expect next week to be dry, but then I'll have chapter 8 out the week after.

Thanks again, and I hope you enjoy what I've written!

I only just found out about you today, and I gotta say- not bad kid. Not bad at all.

(Actually Harmony Theory is pretty cool and I liked the one with Lyra a lot.)

First off, take my money. Second, you are a genius and deserve a medal.

The quality of your stories is crisp and delicious to digest (metaphorically speaking, of course. You never can tell on the Internet... :moustache:), and the overall ambiance is amazing. After reading The Archer and the Smith, I only really have one issue (it's not really an issue), and it's a trivial/pointless one that I really have no right to point out due to my novice experience in critiquing.

...

The issue? The quality of the story is so superb, that if a segment of the story even drops to a half-step lower than superb, it instantly becomes noticeable. It's basically that "The better something is, the easier it is to spot a slight difference in it" saying. However, seeing as I've yet to provide any text evidence or spots in said story as proof of this, you can easily ignore these as uneducated critique.

I second that, only I'd have to replace "kid" with "bro" or some other word that would fit the purpose. Why? Because a Sophomore saying "kid" is really odd over the Internet. I've had a few awkward conversations due to this. :rainbowlaugh:
