Heeeeeey Loopers,
Loopy hopes you are all doing fine and having a great weekend, she is feeling much happier now after Monday and seeing as it is a Bank Holiday weekend this weekend and Loopy doesn't have work on Monday, she decided to take a break from revising for her exam and spend the weekend with her friends.
What happened in Manchester on Monday definitely re-confirmed Loopy's philosophy that life is just simply to damn short, and she feels the only way to fight these awful people who want to hurt innocent people is to continue to enjoy life.
So Loopers, go outside, feel the sun on your face, the wind in your hair, listen to the birds, gaze at the clouds, turn your music loud, dance, take a break, eat that piece of cake, dance some more, smile, do stuff you love, do stuff that scares you, appreciate your friends, tell that person that you love them.....basically LIVE YOUR LIFE
Loopy has posted this song before but seeing as it's one of her most favourites and the lyrics are appropriate then she will damn well post it again it's also for her first favourite Austrian
Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe
Love ya all
Agreed!
And I'm glad you had a nice weekend! :)
4549815 thsnk you
Very well said Loopy
*hugs* Glad to hear that you went out and had some fun.
4550295 thank you
4551100 Loopy is glad that she did also
4552831 So how have you been?
4552859 up and down...loop de loop...ok I guess
4552882 That's good.
4552894 will be better once my exam is over
4552898 Hope you pass it.
4552901 me too otherwise all the stress and hard work I've put in will have been a waste of time plus if I fail i have to pay to re-sit the exam and I can't really afford to do that
4552911 That would suck, though you could claim the expenses for your class and the retesting on your taxes as a delectable.
4552969 I don't think I can, tax works differently over here
4552971 Well I guess the best you can do is look at what is classified as a deductible for school and use that.
4552994 I have a student loan... I can't claim tax back for Uni
4552999 You're kidding? That's not right.
4553021 I'm not kidding, this is the U.K...our tax system is completely different, plus I'm only a part time student and I work too
4553024 That really sucks, I know here in the states we can use some things as a tax deductible. And student loans count as a deductible in some states, but only equal to how much you've payed off for that year.
4553026 Ah, you see I don't have to start paying my loan off until I earn over 22k a year...which is likely never to happen
4552828
your very welcome :)
4553042 We have to start paying off our loan once we get out of class, if it's never paid off then there is a chance they can take things from you. But at the same time we have collage grants we can use which is free money for classes, any company that gives out money like that gets a deductible on their taxes. As it counts as a donation.
It's very weird how it all works.
4553058 It certainly is
4553149 But at least I understand enough of the basic information to get by.
4553165 I certainly don't understand it
4553251 The most basic of it all for us in the states is, just about everything is a deductible.
4553269 it's definitely not like that here
4553993 And that is a real shame.
