Help me out here, guys · 10:23pm Oct 2nd, 2012
PLEASE READ IT ALL, I'M BEGGING YOU
Alright, so I have a question for you all. I'd say I'm gonna begin my writing again not this weekend, but next weekend (this weekend is my birthday, so writing isn't exactly going to be my top priority. Sorry ).
Now, some of you who've been following me for a while may remember a while ago I did a blog post asking which I should do first: begin my next project (which I'm super excited to get started on), or rewrite chapter 1 of Corrupted, because as I've said before, I really do hate that chapter. Now, I only got one reply to that blog post, and it was from my good friend EXOLIEF (who's a great writer, and you really should check him out if you haven't already), who said he thinks I'd be better off doing the rewrite first. Now truth be told, I was a little bit disappointed by the lack of replies I actually got on that blog post, but now that the story is actually done now, I think I'll try asking again.
So, what would you rather I do? Move on to my next story, or rewrite chapter 1 of Corrupted (which I will be doing at some stage anyway regardless)?. I was originally going to do the rewrite first based on what EXO said to me, but I've had to rethink that, seeing as I've kept you guys waiting so long. This is your choice here, so please just take a few moments to leave a comment about what you'd rather I do.
Anyway, if you actually did read all of this and are going to reply, let me just thank you in advance. I really appreciate it if you've taken your time out to read my silly blog posts and give me suggestions.
(Also, just in case there's any confusion, I only intend on rewriting chapter 1 of Corrupted. I have absolutely no plans to ever rewrite any other chapter in that story).
I'm open to anything you want to do. It is your call if you want to rewrite the first chapter in order to make it a better story, or if you wanted to craft another story to broaden your writing skills. You have to consider the "opportunity cost'' with spending your time on rewriting vs the other project you are thinking. Personally I say go with what you want to do, you are your own boss after all. Hope this helps man, best regards.
New project. You have my attention

Thanks, both of you. I really appreciate the feedback, but I'm still rather unsure of what I should do. I'll probably have another blog post up in the coming days with my decision. In the meantime though, I might have a quick talk with the guy who might be doing some editing for the next story I have coming up and see what he thinks I should do. I'm really stuck in the middle with this one, so we'll just have to wait and see where this goes.
