I made this account to read and to give the gifts of "Ideas", not to lead. Also I'm Canadian and a Warhammer fan, that is all. Also feel free to ask me anything.

Story idea list part 6. · 6:10am Mar 22nd, 2017

Making a log of all my ideas here, so I don't forget. You want one, feel free to contact.

Fairy Tales and Fables
Humanity in it's earliest days of life once had magic of all kinds whether benevolent or malevolent. However as time passed and Humanity began to get older, it began to regress and Humanity began to believe in science and etc to compensate for the gap. Now in the modern age, magic and it's relevance is nearly a myth told in stories and fables or those that do exist deep in hiding and almost incapable of anything on a big scale.

However this lack of magic and it's usage did not protect Humanity from it, but rather weakened it. Now Humanity is dying from a outside source of dark magic. One of the last surviving "Hidden" wizards seeing that Humanity is doomed regardless and unprepared, but determined to save all of his friends along with his and their families (Who have no clue he is a wizard) from death. He tricks them into grouping together, using the power of the whats left of the ley-lines, the juice of every magical artifact he can gather and his own life/soul. He seals and binds them into the only thing he had on hand with him, a book filled with a collection of "Fairy tales and Fables" from around the world.

Shortly after this, Humanity is wiped out. Their monuments, their achievements and their footprints gone and lost to time.

Many millennia later, a pony in an archeological dig stumbles upon the book and eventually translates it. Seeing as it's a book of stories and fables of a long-lost race, he decides to print it (After a decent amount of editing to "Soften" it, the true tales are actually quite gruesome.) and it becomes rather popular for it's lessons and entertainment value. The original sent to Celestia as a gift, where decades later Twilight stumbles upon it and somehow breaks the seal, releasing it's inhabitants back into life again.

However, due to the amount of time, the somewhat "inexperienced" usage of magic from the wizard and the large amounts of raw magic involved. This along with the time they spent into the book and the decades of ponies and etc believing in the tales/fables has literally bonded them into their tales/fables, where they are shaped and given powers/tendencies upon which their stories were based on (Ie. a guy from Don Quixote, has a urge to wear armor and jousts windmills and etc).

Now in a new world and dealing with their new powers, somewhat uncontrollable tendencies and the fact that their friend used his soul to seal them in a book for countless millennia, along with the fact that all they love and know is non-existent anymore. This along with the fact that whatever wiped out the Humans is slowly coming back.

The Belief Factor "TAKEN"
A Human who is a good at elaborate lies and stories (because he believes in the lies and etc) is stuck in the Everfree forest. He soon finds himself in a situation (With the Elements, the princess and etc), gets arrested after committing some crimes accidentally and unknowingly (Eats a animal, burn down a tree or whatever is against the law that goes against human nature).

In a tight spot and realizing that he may stand no chance with these pony's usage of magic to tell the truth, what he has done and how stubborn they seem. Not thinking and in a panic, he weaves a very very convincing backstory that he is from a very isolated island nation of Humans, that he is a rather very important figure (leader, king, noble, general and etc) to them, their history and that he was "accidentally" sent here due to a mishap and did not know that other species existed or their laws.

Some of the ponies believe this but the princess are rather suspicious about this, considering that they explored the entire world many centuries ago and decides to call his bluff. They bring in a world map and ask him to and where it roughly is, realizing that he is cornered he points at the most isolated area he can find. He does not realize that he pointed to a well explored area rather close to Equestria and near some important heavily traveled trade routes (due to the fact he can't read their language or even maps). One of the princess decides to take a "quick" trip to verify if he's telling the truth or not. The Human is praying that he gets away with this somehow.

However what the Princess and the Human don't know is that every species in the Equestria universe is granted a amount of "Belief". Enabling the species to in a sense, set up it's domain, it's belief, history and etc. All of the current species having used theirs up countless millennia ago to create their gods and civilization. However the Human is the first of his kind in Equestria. He unknowingly in his prayers uses some of it to create the island nation, it's "Human" inhabitants, their culture and etc into existence. The "belief" using his elaborate story and details to create a template, his memories of Humanity and their civilizations to fill the gaps.

Skip a bit, princess shows up and is extremely surprised that he is telling the truth and sends the Human back with a ambassadorial party.

The Human is internally freaking out when the new "Humans" begin to secretly worship him as their "father/god/creator" in a sense, while trying to figure out how this all happened and what to do next.

The Ponies are trying to figure out the impact this island nation would have on their economy, the potential problems of them and most importantly of all "How have we not found these guys, despite the fact that they were next to us all this time?".

Both soon realize that other countries/empires have found out about this and are interested in getting their hands on the Humans and their strategic location, while unbeknownst to everyone. Another more darker and malevolent "Human" from Earth has arrived at the same time as ours and finds out about the "belief" and uses it to slowly establish himself.

Nation of Children
In a gist, Humanity encounters and is infected by a super-virus (whether man-made or something is up to you) that targets anyone over a certain age, drastically slows the aging process (In a sense, extending their life-span) and immunizes those that survive. This soon devolves into chaos worldwide, as those infected and are over the age are killed and those who survive (the children and those under) lack some of the skill/knowledge to survive. Those that survive tend to group together and it devolves into a tribe scenario, with all sense of government and lost. Where skills, knowledge and strength are prized more then background and "Rights of Man" (Think Mad Max or Fallout without the radiation and mutants). Eventually a couple decades to a few centuries later, things calm down, some technology is recovered or maintained and a few of these tribes begin to somewhat civilize and form "nations" or city-states.

This idea would follow two nearby city-states locked in a sort of "cold war". Both of them are located near each other and both have found records of a secret pre-infection military installation/lab near both cities. This eventually leads to a conflict where they start a countdown on a experimental weapon during the fighting and it promptly wipes (Displaces) out both city-states and the "empty" installation (In which both sides did a "tactical retreat" home rather quickly after hearing the countdown begin), in what looks like a giant "rainbow color" mushroom cloud.

Meanwhile In Equestria, it doesn't take the ponies long for them to notice a giant "rainbow color" mushroom cloud near their lands. Sending a expedition to investigate said "cloud" once it cleared off. Eventually once they get their, they find a new "land", one rich in wildlife and the old ruins of a civilization. Expecting that this was a form of "magical" displacement of a dead civilization and deciding to head near the two ruined cities they see in the distance to explore.

They did not expect to soon see what looks like two armies of young adults, teens and children, armed to the teeth with a variety of "sticks" (Guns and stuff), riding a variety of "Iron" chariots (a varierty of repurposed military and civilian vehicles and in one case, someone on a bike with a cart that has a kid with a very big gun mounted on the back). Both about to fight and end the argument of whose "nation" would remain..... till they saw what looks like a horde of Technicolor ponies staring at them in the distance. The leaders of both sides decide to call a temporary truce.

Skip a bit, the ponies meet the Humans and find out that their basically children fighting and killing one another. The ponies wanting to interfere on the basis of "Moral" ground, that children shouldn't be working, making weapons and not playing with explosives.

The Humans wants to stay "independent" and soon learn that the ponies aren't the only one interested in them.

A Dysfunctional godly family
A group of friends vacationing in Greece is invited to attend a costume party at a nearby ruined temple. Not knowing what to wear and deciding to "embrace" the local culture, they go as the Greek gods (Zeus, his brothers and etc).

While on the way to said party,They get lost and encounter a group of old people in very realistic "Greek Gods" costume also. The old people would criticize on their costumes and offer pieces of theirs to make it more "authentic" ( a better looking "replicas", a more realistic clothes, a actual wine-bag for the guy playing Dionysus and etc), soon finishing and vaguely commenting that their gonna be the next "gods" ( They think the old people are joking and laugh along) before sending them on their way. The young people thank them and before them take a few steps, they all see black and the smiles of the older group.

Upon waking they find themselves in a forest (Everfree Forest) and find themselves to be considerably different from their old bodies (and one of them waking up as a female Artemis, because he thought dressing as a male one would be fun). Soon they are greeted by the goddess Eris, who congratulates them as candidates to take the place of the Greek Gods ( who are retiring) and seals a large majority of their powers. Telling them that the conditions to unlock their "Godhood", to return home and gain strength is too recover all of their symbols of power (Hephaestus hammer, Zeus bolt and etc) scattered around the lands, also as a incentive to get moving and to prove worthy. She's gonna unleash a army of monsters straight from the myths on them.

Meanwhile In Equestria, Discord senses his sister in his universe and knowing her quite well confronts her. This ends up with her tricking Discord (She's older or something with a good SOB story) telling him that she is warning him of a group of wanna-be "gods", who have overtaken the gods of her world and that she just barely weakened them at her expense. Stripping their symbols of power and scattering them around Equestria and that they and their monster army must be stopped before they can recover them. Discord falls for this and convinces the Ponies (Elements and etc) to get involved to save their world and to gather these "symbols".

The Humans are not taking this well with them being stripped from home to a new world and given "godly" power, then having it stripped again and then having a Goddess send hordes of monsters and now Technicolor ponies at them. All of them seemingly out for their blood, both literally and figuratively.

It also doesn't help that along with the power of their respective gods (which are heavily restricted till they get their individual symbols), they also have the vices and problems of them (Zeus barely keeping his pants own, Ares Constantly fighting the other, Dionysus discovering the magic of hard drugs and liquor and etc). Soon after setting down some firm ground rules, (Like making sure Dionysus stays away from hard drugs, Zeus gets a buddy to make sure his pants stays on and etc) they set off for a adventure as perhaps the universes most dysfunctional family of all time.

Servants for another life.
A few friends, bonded together by a rough childhood, being orphans and various hardships. All of them die in a freak accident together, this normally wouldn't be anything new. However at their funeral that they all decided in their wills to be buried together alongside with their few possessions which are toy figurines/models (and in the case of one of them, his MLP toys) buried with them in their graves (To make sure that it's theirs in death and to spite the one guy that wants them).

The friends would soon wake up together in the afterlife and finds themselves being judged by what appears to be Set from the Egyptian pantheon. Apparently it is soon shown that the Egyptian pantheon was the true religion and all goes well for them during the judging, till Set finds one of them lacking and decides to get "rid" of him. The other friends decides to stick up and save their friend despite the fact that doing so would stop any chance of a afterlife for them.

It goes horribly for them from the start and just as Set is about to feed them to a crocodile-like monstrosity to destroy them once and for all. The Egyptian gods soon find themselves being attacked and the humans saved by what looks like a large horde of their toy figurines/models in human sized come to life and what looks like the MLP ponies with them (One of the Human was a Brony and decided to be buried with them). Set surprised and hurt by this attack for the first time in countless millennia, throws them all to another realm in his blind anger and curses them.

The Humans soon find themselves in Equestria and soon after finds out that they were saved by the models/figurines they were buried with. The Egyptian concept of being buried with models to serve and protect them as loyal servants in the afterlife being true. This soon leads to them trying to fit in Equestria with a mish-mash of extremely loyal and somewhat blunt servants and not to mention the awkwardness or fury for some of them when the Elements and the princess meets another version of themselves serving the Humans. However the Humans would soon find out that Set never forgets and he never forgives.
