me checking the dislike ratio on my new story

Glad to know bigotry is still alive and well in this fandom.

It's glad to see some of us didn't watch the same series as I did.

    So where I've been

Okay, uh... how do I begin this? Well, I suppose I should start with the obvious. Yes, I've been distracted. If you follow me on Archive that should be obvious. And if you don't, you totally should btw. Yes, I'm shameless.

Got some new guitars and guitar related equipment recently... · 4:39pm Mar 19th, 2017

Okay, recently I got some new guitar equipment. The first one, the Firefly pick I've already made a post about, but here's the rest. First thing I got, and it was also for my birthday, is a capo. Now for those who don't know your guitar equipment, a capo is a device used on the neck of a stringed (typically fretted) instrument to shorten the playable length of the strings, hence raising the pitch. It is frequently used on guitars, mandolins, and banjos. (Credit: Wikipedia) This piece of equipment is a great help to me, as it'll definitely help me play Gordon Lightfoot's Sundown. (Also got a custom made ceramic slide a while back as well.)

Next, I got two, yes two, acoustic guitars. The first is a beautifully painted Jay. Jr. Don't know who makes it, but it's a nice guitar. The second one is more interesting, story wise at least. It's a elegant silver painted Spanish style guitar. I got it from my brother-in-law who got it in an antique store for a measly five dollars. However, as it turns out, it's not even worth that. There's no way of getting around it, it's shit. The front's been caved in so badly that any attempts at fixing it up will just make the problem worse. However, both my guitar teacher and my parents have gotten the idea to take the back off and turn it into some shelves.

Okay, now the final piece of equipment is this thing.

A Fender Frontman 25r with a Raging Cajun speaker in the back. I have no idea how many amps this puts out, but let me put it to you this way, you'd need headphones for it on the higher settings. Already played Pinball Wizard on it, and it sounds awesome. Goodbye crappy old practice amp, hello big daddy!
