BDSM Story Recommendation - The Rescue Service, by the Author of Dominant Creed, Troposphere

State of the Author Report
Apologies again for the continued delays on CTS releases. I'm afraid a lot of things, the main story, as well as three new CTS stories by other authors, have been delayed because I've been too busy to write, edit or draw cover art. While I may have more time to work on things after the 19th, the slow pace of work is expected to last until the end of April. After that I should have more time to myself.

But you're not here for that. You're here to hear about what you can do while you wait for more BDSM goodness. Good news for you is that I have some really, really good BDSM goodness to tide you over.

You are all no doubt acquainted with Troposphere, kink writer extraordinaire, author of the CTS Story 'Dominant Creed' (If you haven't read it, what are you waiting for?!). I'm here to recommend to you another one of his creations, The Rescue Service.

What is it about?
The Rescue Service mainly follows the lives of two ponies who work for a quirky little enterprise called the 'Rescue Service', providing their clients with prompt 'rescue' at appointed times should a kinky bondage scene not end quite as planned. While neither start out at all involved in the BDSM kink scene, the story unfolds into an interesting and in-depth look into their very different experiences being exposed to the lifestyle and the ponies who live it. It is a very mature and thoughtful story that does not hesitate to explore every facet of the lifestyle from the good, loving if quirky stories to the dark, chilling side of where the lifestyle can go wrong. Full warning, the latter does involve a non-consensual rape scene which did give me the heebeejeebies (but then I am very easily squicked by anything non-con, by most accounts it was probably pretty tame?). But I persevered and was rewarded with what I felt was a intriguingly complex yet satisfying romp into the lifestyle through pony eyes.

The Good
- It's complete!
- It's incredibly well written
- Excellent, believable characters
- Good story with multiple converging plotlines, a very satisfying read
- Plot with clop, if that's your thing
- Very decent portrayal of some facets of the BDSM lifestyle

The Bad
- This was never intended to be a clop story. That's not a bad thing, but if it's clop you're looking for then the clop scenes you'll find herein will be at best brief and concise.
- Non-con. Not the worst, but it's there.
- There will be really teasing parts that make you wish there was more, but perhaps in a way that is a good thing.
