For someone with such a sharp eye for detail, Rarity can be absolutely oblivious when it comes to the things her sister gets up to sometimes.
If you actually read the whole chapter, I thank you very much, because I'm honestly not sure how this will go over. Hopefully the extended flashback didn't scare anyone away, but I'm aware you came for Bionicle, not the 'Sweetie Belle and Rarity show.' I was just trying something a bit different, as the original version of this chapter, with only the present-day section and a brief skirting of the events surrounding the mechanical mouse, was far too short.
Likewise, I hope the long wait hasn't made anyone drop this story. I'm definitely going to try to get the next one out in a more timely manner, but I don't want to make the assumption Twilight will be any easier than Rarity to write, and then spend hours staring at an empty screen, gnawing my fingernails to a splintery mess as I try to sort out the purple unicorn's thoughts in my head.
Also, I'm surprised nobody caught the Time Trap reference in the previous chapter. For shame!
