I just looked on the direct source and the release date for this disk is May 30, 2017. So at least 4 episodes of season 7 will have already premeired by then.

And the disk is titled My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Twilight and Starlight. Of the three episodes on the disk that have already premeired all of them were starlight focused episodes. By that and the disk title we can assume Celestial Advice and All Bottled Up are starlight episodes as well.
