Will I or will I not l not split ch. 6 up into two sections. That's the question.
I’ve read stories with 10,000 words in a chapter and it can be quite the trek to get through I know. So yeah, thinking to keep my chapters away from hitting over the mark in a single chapter.
The more I think about it too my story isn't all that great, it probable even could be considered good at this point. But that’s ok, progress has holes in it. Can’t succeed till you fail. The trick, so I’ve read somewhere, is to fail quickly. Haha, ok! So I’m writing LLtK as quick like as I can and man, it’s kinda messy, but it’s progress. So...yay?
Oh yeah, chapter 6 looks about done. As usual though I’m going to go back to beginning of the story and read it all together to see if it all fits and there’s not too many ‘huh, wtf’ moments.
I’m also thinking whether or not to finish chapter 7 before posting the finished chapter 6. Honestly, I don’t think it matters at this point. Once I get the end of the story there will probable be a massive overhaul of the story. Since everything will be there and then one BIG EDIT can take place.
Should be interesting to see what I ends up changing, because there will be some changes I reckon, once the story is completed. It’s also will probable be beneficial chopping up the chapters into smaller bite sizes as that means I won't have to add in new unexpected chapters but instead just expand from what's already there. Essentially making smaller chapters large and unique enough that there a chapter in their own right. (Or some such logic)
Basically, I’m stitching everything together as quickly as I can. Since I want this story done and dusted and out the door. Its a plague on my mind I tell ya!
