In case anyone is wondering why Libera (the girl freaking out) is acting like that, in the game Brave Frontier, you have to use units to give exp to any unit you wish to level up the many characters the game has in store. You can imagine why she has such a reaction. If that doesn't convince you, I have some quotes from our lovely Libera when she goes through fusion. Make what you will
