(I realize this is late compared to everyone else, but I live in Arizona. We get everything last)
Well, the old year has passed and now we welcome in a new one.
And thank god for it.
All this week, All I've been hearing is how awful 2016 has been and almost nothing about the good things. It's been really annoying to see everyone focusing on the negative. It's easy to look at the bad side of things. Do you have any idea how hard it is to say something positive?
It doesn't matter how small it is, if you can find just one good thing about last year, latch on to it!
Share it with others, show that, despite all the shit that has gone down, there is, and always will be, a light at the end of this tunnel.
For me? Final Fantasy XV and Pokemon Moon. Pokemon Go re-sparked a world-wide love of Pokemon again. I've discovered a mess of new artist and made some new friends, lost a lot of weight and start to socialize more.
I plan to make 2017 a good year and follow through with most of my resolutions this year.
1. Lose more weight.
2. Finish Hunter's first arc.
3. Beat Tales of Zestria, Hearts R, and Abyss.
4. Finish Hunter's first arc.
5. Move to Colorado
6. Finish Hunter's first arc.
8. Maybe attend a con.
9. Finish Hunter's first arc.
10. Write some more original things.
11. Maaaaaaybe get a Wii U
12. Get a girlfriend(hopefully)
13. Finish Hunter's first arc.
Yeah, I kind want to get this first arc over and done with. I've been working on it for a few years now and I really want to get to the second arc. But, that aside, don't just look at the negative things. Life is too short to be caught up on the bad. Let's make 2017 a great year.
