4367169 Evolving Eevee into Umbreon can be a little dificult, though. It requires leveling up with a high friendship/happiness value of 220-255 (which is MUCH harder than you'd think it would be if you don't have the Soothe Bell or if it isn't in a Luxury Ball or Friend Ball) at nighttime. The ways to increase their happiness include walking with it and leveling it up having it get amassage, etc., but there are also thing that can negatively affect that hidden stat, specifically fainting and using bitter herbs on it. And, prior to Sun/Moon, could not be found in the wild.
