The rewrite has begun. · 2:58am Sep 21st, 2012

Fatum Fortis Vocat Redux shall be its name. However, as of this moment, I have not edited nor rewritten anything for it. Instead, I'm concentrating on a story leading up to its events. I did a similar thing when I first wrote Gilda's Adventure (which can be seen here), then the subsequent story of "A Hero's Rise" (which was deleted, but is still saved in full format). I will not be doing similar things than what I did in those stories. Gilda's Adventure was really a big venture for me, sure, but that was way back before FIMFiction and, really, before practically any Pony Fanfiction sites existed. I was still learning how to properly do a longer format then and my ideas were really everywhere. I keep it up on Pony Fiction Archives as a reminder of how far I've come. \

The new story, which I shall not name yet until it has been approved (the Prologue is already done and I submitted) is an honest attempt at a redo of Gilda's Adventure. I'll take what I learned from the many stories I've written and try my best to be a bit more better at what I'm doing. I hope to hear a lot of positive and negative comments, hopefully constructive, so I can keep improving. Avorin still edits for me, but he's busy a lot, so it helps to spot the things he can't.

Like I promised, never again shall I delete a story. I'm finishing this journey guy's. It may take weeks, months, or maybe even a few years. Eventually, it will be done, and THEN once I get my act straight with writing will I redo a few non-published stories I've done. That way, maybe, I'll do a book!

Who knows, eh?

Still gotta learn though. FIMFiction is a harsh mistress and the perfect place to learn.
