    Apology and explaination.

First off, my sincerest apologies if anyone was somehow looking forward to Plotting a New Course getting updated. I have moved to on hiatus because I feel it's most appropriate.

I bit off more than I can chew. I still have the big idea of what I want the story to be, and my notes to act as a guide, but I'm having the problem of getting it all to flow together.

Apologies for not getting the first chapter out! I DO have it planned out, but I havent had the energy to sit down and write because I had to work overnight shifts at work without warning. But my daily routine is back to normal, so I shouldn't have any problems finding time to write.

    Let the stories ensue v2.0

Wow, this is a website I never thought I'd come back to. Let my introduce myself. My fictional name is Cobiah Marriner, although I may be better known by my former alias, ~sneaky. Apologies for not getting the first chapter out! I DO have it planned out, but I havent had the energy to sit down and write because I had to work overnight shifts at work without warning. But my daily routine is back to normal, so I shouldn't have any problems finding time to write.

As my writing skills are still quite terrible, I can't really estimate how much longer the chapter will take as I tend to rewrite things a lot.
It took about a month to churn out that prologue, but it WONT take as long for this chapter.
I can say that the story will be taking its intended lighter, happier tone very shortly, after all the expositiony stuff is done.

(Cover art is in progress! :D)

Thank you so much for reading, and even more if you found this blog post!

Take your time. Rushing through a story will only provide more mistakes and dislikes than a story given the proper amount of time to write, edit, and revise.
