For those of you not in the know of Pokemon moves, that is the exact same base power as X-Scissor. Remember how X-Scissor was revered because it was one of the most powerful Bug-type moves in Pokemon? FUCK THAT NOISE!! Leech Life of all fucking moves is now one of the most powerful Bug-type moves in Pokemon because it KEEPS its HP-draining side-effect, meaning X-Scissor is put on the back-burner and all Bug-type Pokemon that can learn Leech Life just became that much more powerful.
