LET'S NOT PANIC · 9:02pm Nov 8th, 2016
Ok, I know a lot of people have probably either been really involved in this crucial election or have been very turned off by it. Me personally, I've been very involved in it. I recently have been to a rally hosted by the local political radio talk show hosts and Senator Tom McClintock and have shared my views on many current issues on the local radio stations. With both of these candidates, we can already tell by the mass reactions of most people that we are less than happy about the choices for our president that we have to work with:
Each candidate has big flaws that they both have shown openly (one more than the other). However, there's a phrase I have learned from a local radio show here in California named Phil Cowen. "We are not looking for a fishing buddy or someone to go to church with, we are looking for someone that will fix the country". This means that despite one candidate's "brash, loud, and sometimes rude behavior" we have to pick the more likely of the two main candidates that will actually make more of a good difference more than the bad things we believe they may or may not do. If one candidate makes it into the White House and starts doing things you don't like, there's still a chance to do something. If you made a mistake on the presidential race, just make sure you don't make the same mistake on the Congressional race so that at the very least, all of the bad bills can be vetoed until the president's 4 years are up.
If any of your faces are like this during the election........
Just remember....
