Cultural Relevance, Take 2

Some of you remember my little rant about cultural relevance a few weeks ago, well it's time to talk about it again

To help with the discussion we're shifting gears a bit

It's clear Blizzard puts a lot into maintaining cultural relevance for each of the characters in Overwatch, and puts a lot of effort into make each rather distinct in addition to having a variety of national origins, some of which they were born into while others those they feel helps to better define the character's past in some way.

So, with Sombra's final, and genuine, reveal what do you think of the evidence presented? Also, what do you think this could mean in relation to other Overwatch characters?
