Perspectives, perspectives... · 4:42pm Oct 10th, 2016
Hey there favoriters. Thanks for showing your support to the Wings of Fire story. I've wanted to write about these characters for a while, but I think I'll stick to crossover fiction until the 10th book is released and we finish the Darkstalker arc.
Anywho, in writing the second chapter, I've been considering changing the POV to another character (perhaps Clay or Tsunami, I haven't decided yet). Starflight was the original protag I had in mind since he's my favorite character, and I felt he needed some deeper development besides the brief time away from his friends in book 4. However, I also really enjoyed getting to experience the world of Phyria through the eyes of Starflight's friends, and the second group of dragonets in the later books. So my question to you is this: Should I write each chapter from a different character's perspective, or should I stick to writing only from Starflight's point of view? This won't be a multi-story saga or anything, so bear that in mind. But what do you think? You're the readers after all. I want to write something you all can enjoy :) Please let me know in the comments, or post a comment to the story and I'll see it there.
