The joys of university

Uh, I'm currently busy with my exam session, having posted that 'Dear Grandma' abomination (yeah, now that I cooled down it doesn't seem too good - it's always like that) as kind of a sanity break between my study papers. The need for studying coupled with the stress of having much to catch up on makes it hard to think up any smooth wording for my fic, although I should be able to update this week, as the rush is slowly dying.

As such, I need something to help me NOT study. Recommend some good surreal fics you've come to know on the site (if that's okay with you, of course). I've grown particularly fond of the likes of 'Apotheosis' and 'Off the Edge of the Map', where there's some almost otherworldly journey involved. I just wanna hear your opinions on fics like that, seeing as this is a fanfic-centered community. It lacks some solid conversations and recommendations IMO, unless I'm not dedicated enough and things like that are actually going on around the site.

Welp, I guess I should get some sleep. Haven't slept much lately, my head is aching and having several subjects to pass tommorrow isn't exactly helping. I think it shows in this blog post, I will probably have to smooth it out and correct any derps tommorrow.

P.P.S.: You probably noticed that I credit that Dramaideale guy for proofreading and improvement of my fic. Guess what, he started his own crazy HiE fic, even more off-the-wall than MLC. Check it out here, it's really worth a read. I admit, I'm proofreading this, but I wouldn't be linking it if it wasn't any good. I'm not that easy on fics, even those written by my friends.
