Guess who's back in action.
I've had some crap going on, most of it having to do with my university work. Being a crafty fellow, I've set in motion a plan that carefully accounted for the amount of lectures I can allow myself to not attend, possible random happenings and flat-out failures on my part.
The best thing?
Everything went more than smoothly.
With that out of the way, I can proceed to get back on my fiction-writing schedule (of sorts). First things first, I've got to proof-read the newest chapter of By Means of Friendship and Magic (expect craziness). After that, I'm resuming my work on My Little Crull. As for that...
Since the last chapter was something along the lines of 'Crull Saves the Day', I thought it'd be a good idea to produce a mystery-style chapter that draws humor from placing Crull in a detective-novel-style situations, but I found myself terribly out of wind. Therefore, I'm falling back on my idea of smashing an adventure chapter I've invented the frames for a long time ago. Expect awesomeness, bad humor and cringeworthy references.
I've also got ideas for two other fics. One of them is arguably bigger than MLC and I'm putting it on the shelf until after I'm done with our favourite Chaos Lord. Hopefully it'll have been worth the wait. I'll also keep updating Gems are Truly Outrageous, which also gave me idea for the second of the two fics.
Well, this one isn't a fic per se, more of a collection of short, humorous stories. I really hope I'll be able to pull it off acceptably well.
With that said, I look forward to more writing. Praise and criticism are things all writers should long for, in my opinion.
Well, the moment has passed, back to work.
Can't wait for the next chapter of My Little Crull. It's an awesome series. I think a neat chapter could have another warp portal open, and a Guardsman finds himself in Ponyville, recognizes Crull, and freaks out. Trying to tell everyone what he's done.
