Waiting
by CoffeePony
I’m still here waiting,
Where have you gone?
Coz I’m still here waiting,
Someone I hope will come.
You never asked it,
But I’ll wait anyway.
And if I could change it,
I’ll let it be same.
I’m still here waiting,
The clouds are all gray.
I’m still here waiting,
It’s starting to rain.
Got no proof you will come,
They told me to leave now.
But what if you come here,
When I leave somehow?
Now I’m still here waiting,
The tears fall with the rain.
I’m still here waiting,
All warmth from me drained.
I’ve lost track how many,
Fast hours have past.
Yet this hope inside me,
For years it will last.
I’m tired of waiting,
Will you ever arrive?
I’m tired of crying,
Hopeless and unalive.
The moon shines above me
She tells me goodnight.
I’m sitting here waiting
In the darkness of night
Still I am waiting.
I’m hoping you’ll come.
Please don’t forget me,
I’ll be here all the time.
Note: Hey there everypony, Coffee here. I just realized I broke my streak at an early point, which means I have to make up for all the days I skipped poem time. Anywho, this one was written after a long wait, again. Hope you enjoy it!
