What's up everypony. Coffee here
We just got our latest episode, Dungeons and Discord and its time for a review
(P.S. I'm skipping the episode part and going directly to the review)
Review
The episode was supposed to be a Dungeons and Dragons episode, but instead we get a Spike, Big Mac and Discord Episode, which, by the way, I really like. In this episode we see that Discord, although he already knows what friendship is about, still isn't comfortable of making his circle of friends bigger. Its also nice to see him trolling other people aside from Twilight. Discord's idea of fun is.... well FUN.
Plot wise, nothing major really happened in this episode except for a bit character development from Discord. And we see Big Mac. We all love Big Mac right, right?
I never really played Dungeons and Dragons, so I don't have much complaints about it. However, considering that it was pushed as a D&D episode, it feels jarring that the only time D&D really appears is almost halfway through the episode, which is kinda disappointing. And it didn't help that the scene only lasted for less than 5 minutes.
All in all, this episode doesn't contributes much to the plot, and its more of a slice of life and a friendship lesson episode.
P.S. Opposite Fluttershy is cool and that scene was adorable. And you can't change a thing bout that sassfras!
