27 in editing also new track

Finals have concluded, degrees have been acquired, and once again I'm on the hunt for a new job (hopefully a good one). If I had to define last year the first phrase that comes to mind is 'living hell'. Fortunately, all that nastiness is behind me now. I hope.

    Chap 26 published

I know I said it would be soon on my last post, but I got delayed after my surgery. I figured doing editing passes while high on painkillers probably wasn't the best idea. Hope you all like it. Onto the next.

    News, among other things.

HAH! Thought you wouldn't hear from me again, didn't you! I have now finished my CS degree. Huzzah. Good gracious did that take up time. The next chapter is nearly finished, and I'm in the process of editing it now. I don't expect this to take too much longer, but the chapter is a bit of a lunker.

    T-Minus 10...

Next chapter is locked in and on its way. Expect to see it arrive around 12pm on Saturday. This one's a doozy, and contains quite a bit of information. Hopefully I didn't go overboard on the exposition. We'll see. See you then!

BRONYCON - End of con · 11:14pm Jul 10th, 2016

As I am sitting in our hotel room writing this, the con has been over for nearly three hours now. It was quite the whirlwind. The SFS crew spent most of the time crawling about the vendors hall when we weren't on panels. I picked up a copy of the Horse Famous card deck and a Horse Famous button (something I wore with irony), as well as a copy of Twilight's Secret Shipping Folder card game, which was equally entertaining. I got a couple of lockets too, said hi to a few artists I liked, and generally wandered aimlessly about with the rest of the crew.

I got in a chance to test out Clock's game. If you didn't read my last post, apparently he had invented an rp/tabletop game that was inspired by the only story I write. It was the most bat-shit crazy fun I'd had in a long time.

I also had the opportunity to run into a couple of other authors during the trip including Titanium Dragon, whom I met on the flight over. Nice guy. I'm wondering if we ended up booking the same flight back. It would be interesting to compare notes on the way home.

Overall it was a positive experience. Hopefully I'll be able to go again next year.
