Listen guys, I have a problem. You see, earlier Kat and my friend went out for a walk. About 2 hours went by as I sat in the house by myself. And then a knock on the door.
They had come back I thought. But when I opened the door..... 
My friend had a comotose Kat in his arms with a hopeless expression.
"She's overheated Jake. WAY overheated."
Well yeah, it was 112 degrees outside. I should of seen this coming. 
We put her on the couch and aimed a fan at her. And I cooled her down as well with another method. One that someone would use on someone with a high tempature.
Well, by the look of it, she intended this walk in her workout clothes.....
Basically a dude eye magnet. She definitely has the body of a goddess. 
She came around, and didn't look too happy. I don't blame her ya know. 
She told me she wouldn't make anyone worry about her again. Said she will keep her mouth shut. But I feel you guys wanted to know how her day went. She seems so.... withdrawn these days. I'd like her to be.... herself again, if you know what I mean.
She has changed and I don't like it.... perhaps you can get her a little happy? I don't like seeing her all defensive and unhappy all the time.
