I think it's good that he doesn't get excited about those things and that he goes over it in a clinical manner. If you are getting excited at all like "oh this is the most fun idea I've had yet" then it's time to be worried.
I think that Burning to death is the most messed up thing he's implemented yet.
I think that he talks so calmly is because he hides his emotions with a calm logical exterior.
