Why I love Direct TV · 7:50pm May 24th, 2016

Let me start from the beginning. For the longest time I used to have Time Warner. The service was the worst, and living in Texas means if you are unhappy means they don't have to give you a good service. It means you should just no longer do service with them. That has to be the crappiest thing ever. I would have crappy signal, and they wouldn't fix it.

After one of my cats accidentally ordered Adult Pay-Per-View (no seriously. That actually happened), my mom had had it. She took the box and told them she would like to downgrade. The woman who was there was a bitch, and snobbishly tried to tell my mom "If you want to downgrade you need to bring the box back." She never finished that sentence as my mom brought it up in a trash bag along with the remote and walked up along with shutting the bitch up.

We still had them, but a low crappy version, that if I remember correctly, my mom was paying $60 a month for. My mom ended up cancelling with them and we had regular television for about a year. It was nice. Then my brother recommended Direct TV, and we have had it since 2012. While we have a tier-1 package, and Discovery Family and a bunch of other channels are tier-2 and higher. About two to three times a year, maybe even more if we are lucky, we can get those channels for about a week to four for free. All the stuff can even be recorded, up to four shows at once. Last year they were there when they showed Equestria Girls and Rainbow Rocks. Sadly I did record them, but my Grandma and my Mom deleted them. I had to tell them after I bought a MLP shirt that I was into it. Yes. I do wear the shirt whenever I feel like.

I don't ever remember with Time Warner getting higher tier channels. I was told it happened once every two to three years, if at all. That is a crappy way to treat someone who pays you at least $60 a month. I love Direct TV. It has a good relationship with their customers, despite the fact that Texas would let them treat every like shit and offer crappy service, they don't. The main reason I say this is because I have those channels right now.

This is amazing.
