I'm very much alive, thank you very much.

In fact, I've been rather busy! Just not with what I want to be busy with (*cough* work *cough*).

Those who don't know it yet: I've shifted my attention from writing to drawing, which is something I enjoy doing far more than writing, as it seems. For one, as opposed to when drawing, I can't concentrate for crap if there's music playing when I write, so I'm surrounded by silence all the time, which is something I can't stand (unless my unruly neighbors decided otherwise with their ridiculous UNTS UNTS UNTS music).

Thus far, I've made two comics, both of which I have submitted to and been featured on Equestria Daily! You can find them here and here. Please drop me a comment if you can, they make my week :)

As soon as I hit 100 watchers, I'm going to announce a big project I'm undertaking. One that involves this website, and will probably consume a few months to complete.

Anyway, moving on.

Some of you might have seen the fic I posted, called "The Ghost Company". Nothing is original, since it's all derived from a Belgian comic, which I pretty much transformed into fic-form. I wasn't really in the mood to turn it into an honest-to-God fic, which explains the bad quality. Maybe I'll revise it, maybe I won't. Only time will tell.

Speaking of time!

For a long time, dating back until the beginning of June, I've had a fic lined up which ended up on the backburner. Until now.

Before I'm going to continue with that big project I spoke of earlier (keep an eye on my dA journal about that), I want to get that story out the way first. It never really left my head, I just let it sit there and fester, occasionally coming up with a new idea or tweeeeest.

Today, I've finally hit the 'Submit' button of that sucker.

Now, it's far from completed. Thus far, it only consists of 3 chapters, totaling 9,715 words, of which the first chapter is the shortest. And since I really want to focus on that big project, I REALLY ought to get this fic out of the way first.

Just a heads-up: it's not a happy fic. In fact, I'm going to try and make you cry. It's not "My Little Dashie"-sad, but still.

So keep an eye out for it! And if you would be so kind, follow me on dA! You'll see a lot more activity from me there than here, that's for sure.
