Like yesterday, I did my morning prayers by 4:45am and getting relaxed until 7am where we had the same breakfast downstairs. I took the same bread butter jam but I don't take meat because I could sense that it has not been slaughtered properly and some meals contains pork and bacon. I continued to get relaxed until same time I had to go down to the lobby. Me and my friends started going on to Mekong River in My Tho to visit Unicorn Island which took us about two hours. When we got there like around 10:30am, we had to wait for the tour guide to check-in for our transportation of the boat to the Unicorn Island. Firstly,me went to the coconut candy hut where the local Vietnamese people make the coconut candies and oils by the traditional technologies they are using. We had to buy five of the flavors. But I only bought two: peanut and original. After we bought the candies, we continued going to the honey hut where we had a bit of rest and drink a bit of honey. Honey is good for my health. Afterwards, we continued going on walking to see the snake which most of the people are afraid of. Although I'm not afraid of seeing the snake but I don't want to touch or hold it. We still continued walking to the area of the local Vietnamese village where they had given us local music and we ate some fruits. After we ate the fruits, we continued going to ride on a small boat back to the big boat. Later, we had gone for our lunch at a local restaurant on the island. We had gone back to the main land after we had lunch and started to buy souvenirs. I had bought myself a cap with a Vietnamese flag and map written 'Hanoi' on the North and 'Saigon' on the South. We continued going back to downtown Saigon for our dinner again this time at the hotel. After that, we had doing some leisure time until 10pm. For me, I just slept around nine thirty in the night.
Cool, sounds like fun. Trying local fruits and foods was my favorite part on trips.
