Becoming (a) Rarity... · 2:14pm Apr 20th, 2016
It seems that everyday I can see myself gradually becoming Rarity. I don't mean that I'm calling everyone "Darling" and designing pony dresses, I been doing that.
Here's what I mean, here's what I'm talking about. Yesterday, I saw this guy wearing his pants way below his waist and sagging. I do understand that it's a fashion choice, not a very good one, but it IS a fashion choice. But the thing I had a problem with was the fact that he was wearing a belt with his sagging ass pants. Seriously, why the FK would you wear a belt if you're just going to sag your pants. You might as well wear a tank top with a short sleeve t shirt underneath.
Before I got mad, I stopped and said, "He might be wearing a giant belt buckle in the front. That's a thing too." So I walked around him to see if he was. When I looked at him from the front, I found out HE WASN'T WEARING A BELT BUCKLE! I understand, people just throw shit on some days, but let me tell you: No one "lazily" puts on a belt. It takes some work to put on a belt.
This guy also had on a trucker hat, a spin off aero postal shirt, and jordans....Dude, make an effort! When you put on Jordans, you're asking to be looked at, that's the point of them. I was harshly judging this guy based on his attire. It was so hard trying to figure out if he was a hipster, gang member, or just someone who woke up out of bed.
If he was a hipster, it kind of made sense, but there was no rhythm to his style. Hipsters usually keep a rhythm to their attire, something really small though. If he was (trying to be) a gang member, I hoped he got shanked with a sewing needle. If he was just someone who just threw some shit on, he put too much work into "not caring".
It's almost been twenty four hours and it's still bothering me.
Since I'm here: here's some designs I made. Really simple designs, but I think I'm headed in the right direction.
