Ideas for series based off of Second Exodus/Trues Feelings towards Conversion Bureau · 9:41am Aug 29th, 2012
For the last few weeks I have been coming up with ideas for the series based off my story The Second Exodus.
First I will point out that despite occurring in the same universe it will have nothing to do with the conversion bureau. I debated for nearly a month on this subject and ultimately decided that the very concept behind it is terrible and extremely misanthropic, and Second Exodus represents my true feelings about it. In this story those events occurred over a thousand years ago and are nothing more than history. Any reference to it will be historical flashback, or humanities hostility to equine kind do to these events.
Now on to the Equestria that will be appearing in this story. For all intends and purposes the Equestria that appears in the story will be the canon one that appears in the show and not the conversion bureau universe. The main theme for the story will be Equestria's attempt to deal with a human race that is outwardly hostile towards them due to the legacy left over from the conversion bureau's. At this point I'm treating the conversion bureau universe as an evil mirror version of the canon Equestria (similar to the mirror universe of star trek).
I've debated for a while as to how to start this story and I have come up with an interesting idea. Instead of the humans finding the Equines I'll have the Equines find them. The idea is that Twilight is working on an experimental spell and identically teleports Celestia to Nidowa the human capital world were she's immediately captured and put on trial for her crimes that her counterpart committed, and Tristem descendant who's also named Tristem is forced to defend her.
So what do you guys think so far.
Could be...interesting...especially if it means canon!Celestia goes apeshit when she finds out what her evil double did and goes after her.

That's definitely an interesting idea and it might be interesting to do that later in the story. Still I really want to distance this series from the conversion bureau as much as possible and just have them be events that happened a long time ago. This story is actually a re-imagining of a story I wrote five years ago. I'm just building the MLP universe into it. Still Celestia is definitely not going to like finding out about what her other self did.
Interesting thought I had something like that discord only decides to save a percentage of the human race by sending it to another dimention where time passes very quickly for each year ecuestria spend 1000 years in the new land. you do to make it a more fair and fun game watching and a portal reopens after 3 years in ecuestria. I'll be waiting for the publication of his story
