So I don't have a chapter for you on this AFD but I do have a teaser for something I've starting work on. Originally this fic was going to be a oneshot in a similar style to Cider but it kept trying to break out of that restriction and on Wednesday night/3am Thursday I decided to stop and go for a feature length fic. Like a movie going from short to full length.
Having written almost the entire fic already in short story form this should actually materialize into a proper story complete with more writing than I'm comfortable with.

Chapter 1 summary
Rainbow Dash having something happen with her rainboom. Goes to Twilight to see if there’s a less dangerous or more visible way to pull it off. Crystal castle/glass windows everywhere in ponyville shatter from Sonic Rainboom.
Chapter 1.5 summary:
Dash and Starlight/Twilight have it out about the damage and start trying to work together to keep it from happening again.
Chapter 2 summary
Introduction chapter for Peregrine and the Pride. Likely starting off with the ship leaving the White Star mobile shipyard.
Fun thing is while these are spoilers the first chapter has already adapted and changed, edits will be made and no offence to others but I'm probably going to bring in an entirely different editing crew from my usual... as soon as I find it.
