Explanation after the break.
I need to use characters that won't be essential in the long run of the story for the upcoming chapter. That being said, if you want your character to play the role of an extra in this chapter, please leave the details of the character in the comments. Not all characters will be used, but those who are will have their owners credited for lending them to me.
For those of you who are going "but R3D4K73D, my character doesn't live in that time period!", it doesn't matter much; I can make it work.
Now here's a spoilerish quote from a character I plan on introducing (you know; because you took enough time to read this):
"If it wasn't for who I am, you would be the me of me."
