People who park in bus lanes. I've lost count of the number of times I've seen my bus pulling up, everyone ready to go... only to be held up by some dipshit parked in the bus lane with his hazard lights on, cheerfully oblivious to the bus driver blasting his horn or the passengers giving him filthy looks. And when he does move on, he always has an indignant "what did I do?" expression on him.
Seriously, people, move your bloody cars.
One of my greatest satisfactions in life is calling the cops on people parked in the fire lane. I don't give a damn if you're just picking up a pizza, you can fucking well walk the extra 65 feet!

1. Put a neo-Nazi bumper sticker on their car.
2. Place two nails behind their tyres, so they'll have one more puncture than they have spare tyres.
Then they'll find themselves stranded on the side of the road, wondering why every motorist they flag down for help is giving them the finger.
