Been gone for a long long time for so many reasons, namely being ridiculously busy and having an internet connection did not think was a wise idea to surf pony stuff on. It is hard being so far behind in everything, but maybe maybe it will be possible to get back into the swing of things.

So, an announcement and some updates.

Announcement

Well, many here know this already, but decided it is time to just be open about it. Don't feel like hiding it anymore. I am plural/multiple, meaning that I am not the only one in my head. Part of the reason I have been gone so much over the last two years was because time was being spent in plural communities, and time was spent getting a better hold of things. Some of my system-mates will be participating here, though we live pretty seamlessly so no one will probably notice. And definitely, no one needs to interact with us differently since we have a connected memory and each of us can make decisions and speak for us all. In some ways, one of them will be returning since she and I were the ones who joined here in the first place in a sense. The others, well, I converted them to the fandom. You can call all of us Cy, by the way. Also, they are good folks.

Updates

1. We successfully finished our PhD (group effort). Now officially a Doctor, though not of the medical kind. That was originally the large time sink. That was also a lot of writing.
2. Found a job in Europe and moved there. Liking it so far.
3. Found a partner (old news), finally moved in together, and will be getting married later this month.
4. Converted some of the others in my head as well as my partner over to the fandom.
5. Made it to a furry convention for the first time, which was fun.
6. Transition is continuing to go well. About to have my third anniversary of hormones.

The Future

Well, for the next week or two, I will probably not be around much, but after that, hope to be around.

Need to catch up on the canon that I have missed.

Want to start reading stories here again, and finish reading ones I started a long time ago (thanks to semi-photographic memory, I can pick more than a few of them back up where I left off).

There is an off chance I might finish my story, though really, it is pretty bad and should probably just be gutted. I would say I am a better writer now, so maybe I will give improving it a shot. First, need to get back into the show and the fandom again to re-establish my feel for the characters so I don't make them out of character (too badly).
