For those that are interested: I'm not dead! I'm just taking my sweet-ass time with the renovations on that story, and reading a lot. But as it is, life's hit me. I did an FSA yesterday, but now I'm having a haEd time with a completely different problem: relationships. This week has had the most drama I've ever thought possible. Here's the basics of it:
I have a crush. That's normal for some some, but at my school relationships are taken INCREDIBLY seriously. The only people who can get away with more than 2 relationships their entire time at my school without crippling depression from break-ups and rejection are massive players. I got a friend, we'll call him Jermy. Jermy is a highly respected player who everyone goes to for love advice, myself included. As one of his gaming bros, I contact him and say "I need some help building confidence, I'm asking my crush out, I'd really appreciate it if you were there." He says "sure." The next day, he isn't there. Repeat this process until tonight. If he doesn't show up, I may make a fool of myself. Well, social suicide isn't a bad way to leave high school.
