I liked the artwork, and Mirrodin is the first Magic expansion I played in. I'm actually a bit frustrated by the card itself, because the artwork is so badass while the card requires a whole deck built around it to function, and even then it's not that great...
I've stopped playing now, but I decided a while ago that having a stable userpic has more benefits than changing it.
