Blitson stood between Princess Cadence and Ingvar while she protected her child as the palace guards dealt with the invaders.
"Blitson! Why do you obstruct Dains path to the throne?!? You were his best friend when you were both boys!!" Ingvar demanded an answer from his opponent when a sudden burst of rage overwhelmed him.
"And have you forgotten what he has done as a man?!? HE SLAUGHTERED HUNDREDS OF HIS OWN PEOPLE!!" The chieftain roared in fury while landing another staggering blow against Ingvar who continued to try and reason with him.
"I know that!! But I promise that when this war is over our nation will be restored and the land shall have a true ruler upon the throne!!"
"A throne he wanted so badly he made two nations suffer for it! I no longer acknowledge that bastard as my friend! NOR WILL I EVER ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AS KING!!
