Uhhh it's a nerd reference. It's actually in relation to the Halo universe. Specifically the Halo arrays that were designed to kill everything in order to stop the expansion of the Flood. Because they killed everything in the universe it was essentially a gun that was pointed at the head of the universe.
It's also the name of one of the songs on the Halo soundtrack lol.
