Plan for Mysterious Ways And Other Related Stories

Well I just released the chapter and while it is shorter than I wanted (1100 words compared to my new standard of 3000 plus words per chapter) it is just the beginning for a lot of stories that I've not felt comfortable writing until I figured out that all the weird ideas for Equestria Girls created a much larger world than one story could do on its own.

And realizing that it takes a lot of ideas from the Dresden Files, Harry Potter, and even Lucifer and the Sandman means that this whole thing will get weird.

And probably I wanted to show that a school of monsters would be awesome since I don't understand Monster High's popularity. Cool idea but I dunno it felt weird watching it to me.

And I mean this is going to get weird. Like there's going to be vampires, demons, angels, fairies, sucubbi, chaos spirits, probably a dragon somewhere, zombies, werewolves- etc.

Hence why I split it up into about ten different stories- and yes its going to explain how everybody's different. There will be no ponies and the Sirens will not come from Equestria. That causes some differences to split out. And this was created before Equestria Girls 3 was completely figured out so that's going to be completely non canon and different.

I mean I was going to make Crystal Prep a school for Monster Hunters so its going to be completely less cliche girls tropes and more Soul Eater stuff in regards to the school's rivalries.

Let me have a moment to explain the chronology of the series. (And yes the stories will be told out of order. Happens when certain stories are more fleshed out than others. Or stories are currently more interesting than others to write. But don't worry, since this is a large project I'll focus on one story at a time. Makes it much more easier to have a connecting narrative.)

Rainbow Dash story- EQG 3 and the battle of the schools- the story I want to write the most but its going to take time explaining the whole world of Canterlot High and the surrounding area.

And maybe a story where the lives of the teachers get shown in more detail.

I've got a lot to cover- I mean its a lot. There's about four full pages than I could expand on explaining the school's student council, the look of the school, the teachers in it, the general cliques of the school, the band names when EQG2 comes around- and generally a lot more- and that's not including the research I did on mythological creatures and combination of traits to create a general blueprint of the main characters powers- that's like another ten pages.
