Scariest non-horror movie you've watched?

For me it was "War of the Worlds"

I first watched it when I was like 7 or 8 years old. I didn't really pay attention to it since I was playing with legos. Wait, was it even legos? Eh, whatever.

Anyways, I was sitting there playing in front of the TV and then this scene caught my attention.

DUDE THE SOUND IT MAKES IS HAUNTING! And those beams of death D:

Because of this one scene I had nightmares for a solid 2 weeks. Now it's just, meh. Though I do NOT want to be around when this happens. It's a movie, I know, but if it actually happens one day I'm hiding in the subway tunnels.

Actually, because of this scene I had to leave the room so I didn't see the entire movie. After watching the entire movie just yesterday... Sweet mother of Jesus that blood red wasteland was terrifying. Those Tripods are EVIL.

Also Tom Cruise.
