Hey y'all. Betcha all thought I was dead by now.
Oh no, that's right. That'd require you to be thinking of me at all. Which you aren't. Because I failed you.
I've learned some things, though. And before I go any further, I want to promise you one thing:
I'm NOT going to leave you hanging. Pinkamena's Tribulation will end, come what may.
With that said, I've come to realize some things. And, for the maybe dozen or so of you that are left, I want to let you know exactly what the future looks like from here. Sometime in the middle of last year, I became obsessive about my chapters. I researched things to no end, like the construction of hot air balloons, or the geography and cultural uniquenesses of Baltimore. These things did not make for a better story, but they sure did suck up a bunch of time.
Time that I no longer have, which has frustrated me to no end.
So here's the deal. I will do my Celestia-darned best to pump out a chapter a month, from here on out, until we finish. However, those chapters will likely be significantly smaller in both size and scope to what I had been doing. There is a strong possibility that side-arcs may be abandoned in favor of wrapping up the main story line. But I promise, I WILL FINISH IT, and before the series comes to an end and the fandom with it.
As always, thank you for your time and readership. I couldn't do this without you. I'm sorry that I've let you down once. I will do my best not to do it again.
There's no rush mate, take as long as you need.
On a side note, I can't tell you how many times I have seen that I have an unread chapter in my tracking list and the first thing in my head is "oh, I wonder if it's Pinkamena's Tribulations.", so the news that new updates are coming is great.
To be 100% honest, the idea that you might be dead did cross my mind, mostly in the way of: "he could be dead right now, and I'm here waiting for new chapters like a dick." I'm glad to hear you're not dead, that would have made me feel like a terrible person.
I'm going to go add "update all of my accounts saying I'm dead" to my last will and testament. (not that I have written any stories yet soooooo.... yeah.)

3539275 Thanks so much for the support and kind words, though I don't know that I deserve all of them. Definitely not physically dead, though I've been a bit dead on the airwaves for the last few months. I am going to try to do as much as I can to fix that and make sure that I finish what I've started here. Hopefully the next chapter will be published within a week or two, max. The draft is already done.
I will be happy to see anything you write. Good stories with Pinkie and Rainbow Dash always keep me coming back for more.
