I find it extremely difficult to believe I'm as good at my job as people say I am, because I think if I was they would find the money to keep me. Other people have been hired on contracts without interviews. Not me though. Next month mine ends. Such is the nature of the sector I work in but it still feels like a slap in the face when I did 80% of the work on this project. I just think people don't want be around because I'm awkward.

I don't know you personally, but you seem like a fantastic, good - heart and wonderful girl, and I tell\ write the complete true to you. There is nothing wrong with you, but with the people you work with, which is truly sad:( I believe that you are amazing person and I'm sure that you are the best biologist a company can have! So it is really their lost
I believe that you are good at your job! I And I'm sure not everyone has found a new contract and are on the same boat. But finding jobs is competitive, which can be stressful. But I believe in you and if you got hired in this contract, then you can do it again! C:
