In the land of Equestria, there is no war, no disharmony or hate. It is a land of peace and tranquility, ruled by the two sisters and guarded by the Elements of Harmony, six unique and special ponies with powers beyond their wildest dreams. Ponies live in relative peace... or so they claim.
Equestria and its princesses manage all of Equestria, everything, they safeguard it from threats and keep it in a state of peace. When actually, the outside world is a lot more dangerous than they are told about. Princess Celestia and Luna, have kept the nation safe for thousands of years with their magic and superior military might, and they will do anything to keep it safe and peaceful...
Even if it involves banishing one of their own into another world.
It all started with just one small accident with a pony... and she was exiled, where, do you ask? She was banished into a parallel world that is connected to Equus, one that was scorched in nuclear fire. Her family abandoned her, her friends shunned her, and her leaders exiled her because of what she has done...
It was all an accident...
But that doesn't matter, because disrupting the harmony of Equestria is something the Princesses cannot condone.
She was broken and betrayed by the ones she loved most, and she has become a broken shell of her former self. No she has been banished into this new world, one that is filled with strife, angst and horrors that are unimaginable...
And as the time goes by, she'll find that she won't be the only one banished into this world. More will join her, and they will go their own paths in their new lives, determined to scratch out a living in this harsh new world...
In this world... there are no happy endings...
Only survival...
