Re-ordering chapters on mobile device

I'm typing this from and Android tablet. I know there's been some call for a Fimfiction mobile app, but for the most part, I find that I can use the existing site just fine. The only problem is that I can't reorder the chapters in my stories, because attempts to click-and-drag just end up scrolling the page.

My question, the, is: Does anyone know a way around this, or am I stuck with it?

I managed to got it to work on my phone, once. I had to force it to load the desktop site (rather than the mobile version) and then by carefully tapping a zoom-in of the start of the tab I was able to get it to highlight white, and I could then tap somewhere else to put it down.

Have not been able to repeat the "lucky" attempt.

EDIT: Oh yeah, in chrome, not firefox (or as I call it, "lag-monster of doom").
