Nightmare Night and Mouth Hygiene. · 12:24am Nov 1st, 2015
So, I'm a bit late with the 'Nightmare Night, what a fright, give us something sweet to bite!' thing. But it's mainly because I've had a lot of catching up to do, and the fact that I went to the dentist the same day.
And let me tell you, when you think you know all about how to care for your teeth, meet someone who really knows, like a dentist. Cause apparently, like 70% of how I brushed my teeth, was the incorrect way, and while it kept my teeth, mostly clean. It also was a bad way to care for my gum.
With this visit, I was shown the proper way, and also told what other tools I could use, and how to use them to improve the health and well being of my teeth further. I've already had to fill my teeth a few times due to holes, and I'm only 18 years old.
Heh, so to you all, make sure to brush your teeth carefully after all the Halloween candy, and take your time to look up proper care for your teeth, they only regrow once. And once it's too late, there is no going back.
So don't forget: Brush your teeth, use mouthwash, and don't forget to use dental floss. Especially if you have new teeth showing up in your mouth, prevent holes, instead of fixing them.
Thank you for the dental hygiene tips.
