It would so seem that a good friend of mine, Foals Errand, has a good friend who needs to be in Arizona late November for a custody hearing for her daughter, as the girl's father has failed as a parent. If this friend of Foal's doesn't make it, she'll lose her daughter to foster care.
As such, I implore any and all who read this to follow the link I've provided below, and do your best to pitch in and help, for it is shameful when the system fails us so. Then again, I'm Canadian, so have no idea how the American stuff concerning this works. Still, it's upsetting that this kind of thing can happen.
Let's prove to ourselves what a great and close-knit fandom this really is!
