"The Book of Grudges holds every event where the Griffons were offended or betrayed. Each and every account written in the blood of kings." The others cringed back while Valiant and Gruff began scrolling through the pages, one in particular that Valiant read aloud to the others.

For those who don't know the warhammer lore.
In Warhammer, the dwarven kings created a book known as the Dammaz Kron or The Great Book of Grudges to record every event in which they were wronged and every account was always written in the blood of their kings as a way of promising they would hope to one day settle the grudge should the chance ever arise.
