Hello everyone who is reading this. You may be aware of my fic, As The Clouds Roll In. This isn't some promotion for it. I'm asking for an honest answer here; Should I bother with continuing my story? I know it's received positive feedback so far, but I have gotten lots of hate in the Displaced community about this story, so I have started to doubt myself somewhat.
Edit: Not even a minute after posting this, I went to check the Displaced group... Only to find I was banned, having done nothing wrong. My story's almost officially cancelled, only time can tell now.
Important Edit: I am cancelling this story, and I will start anew, this time without the ridiculous constraints I had to use to keep the rest of the Displaced group happy. I don't need them, and I'm going to prove it.
Well, fuck them if they don't want you in their group.
Too many of them have gotta a bit too full of themselves and obsessed with their lore these days imo...
Just remove the Displaced references from your story cuz I for one love it~

Thank you for the kind words. Something I find rather funny, however, is that while they removed me from the group, they failed to remove my story, possibly due to the positive feedback.
Bravo on your decision in that regard.
Don't let groups decide your stories. Let your stories decide the groups. Going to be looking forward to the story's rewrite.
