3423534 Well, of course she's silly. You think anyone with the power to summon a Fainting Couch from the NetherVoid (also known as "offscreen") is free from a few vices? C'mon, that's all part of her charm. And her violet mane. Silly pony.
As for the scorpions in her bits, that's not entirely unheard of. Mainly because the scorpion venom she uses doesn't knock out the sense of hearing. It's dangerous, valuable stuff that - when processed right - reduces wrinkles along the neck and revitalizes the space between one's eyebrows.
I mean, of course it's scorpions. Scorpion venom, dude! It's how this little dinky thing:

But no, the RBFS is evil and makes most situations awkward and uncomfortable for everyone involved, but at least Rarity isn't a member of such a society. Though I have heard that she once tried to join. Trouble is, they require drawn eyebrows. And you KNOW she ain't gonna go for that.
Faux lashes are on the table, though. But even then she's grown a little ashamed of them, so I forgave her and gave her a scratch behind the ear. Trust me, there was NO bitch face to be seen on her then.
